Welcome to Chiforce Engineering Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including Solar and Inverter Installation, Solar Pump Installation, and Solar Street Lights Installation. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.⁠ ⁠Service Scope
Chiforce Engineering Limited provides consultation, procurement, installation, and maintenance for:

Solar and inverter systems

Solar-powered water pumps

Solar street lighting solutions

Each service will be carried out as agreed in the project scope and quotation.

2.⁠ ⁠Quotations and Payments
All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

A minimum of 70% upfront payment is required before commencement of any project.

The balance must be paid immediately upon completion and satisfactory inspection.

Payments must be made via approved channels to the company account only.

3.⁠ ⁠Installation and Timeline
Installation timelines will be provided based on project size and material availability.

Delays due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, logistics, or third-party suppliers) will be communicated.

Clients are required to provide access to the site and necessary permissions prior to installation.

4.⁠ ⁠Warranty and Maintenance
All installations come with a standard warranty of 12 months (unless otherwise specified).

Warranty covers product defects and installation faults but excludes damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Routine maintenance services are available on request and may be billed separately.

5.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibilities
Ensure a safe, accessible, and cooperative environment for installation.

Comply with all local regulations and building requirements related to solar installations.

Promptly notify Chiforce Engineering Limited of any post-installation issues.

6.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability
Chiforce Engineering Limited will not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages from service use.

Delays caused by client negligence or external factors.

Damages resulting from unauthorized interference with installed systems.

7.⁠ ⁠Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement before installation begins. Any cancellation after work has commenced may result in forfeiture of the deposit or additional charges based on work done.

8.⁠ ⁠Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
